Quick update on some of our accomplishments

Here’s some of the things we’ve accomplished together so far.

Dear Community,

The past two years have been challenging across all sectors, but through hardships and uncertainty, I am hopeful. I have hope because no matter what we face, people in our communities continue to rise up and work together to find creative solutions to issues

that affect us all. It is this reason that makes me so incredibly proud to represent the people of Vernon-Monashee.

Throughout 2022, I have had the opportunity to connect with so many of you in person, at schools, festivals, community events and more. Every day I feel so honoured that you have entrusted me to bring our collective voice to the Legislature.

I was so proud to show off our wonderful communities to former Premier Horgan and my colleagues during the caucus tour in Vernon-Monashee in June. Ministers and MLAs from across B.C. got to meet with and visit many local organizations, non-profits and businesses, including Cambium Cider Co., Kalamalka Forestry Centre and Maven Lane, just to name a few.

In 2023, I am very proud to also be taking on the role as your Parliamentary Secretary for Seniors’ Services and Long-Term Care. I look forward to using my work experiences in nursing and health care in this community to build a better future for all seniors in B.C.

Our government is here for you. We are working hard to address issues that matter most to you and my team is here to help.
